Political revenge behind religious pretexts?

The police in Ernakulam has registered a case against a Facebook user called Eldho Kurian R N. He has been caught posting negative comments about Amritanandamayi. The complaint originates from Babu Menon, marketing head of Amrita Institute of Medical Science. Who is Eldho Kurian R N? Why him?

As it is shown on the picture, there was once a facebook page named "Eldho Kurian R N". It has been recently destroyed. Clicking on the link answers that the page is not found. Did it belong to the threatened internet user? What was its content?

Why has the complaint been filed by the marketing head of Amritanandamayi's hospital? If "R N" stands for "Registered Nurse" then Eldho Kurian R N probably works in hospitals or in connection with them.

Digging a little deeper, we have found that a member of the Indian Nurse Association wears the same name. He is the international marketing head of INA. This association played a great role during the nurses strike which started in January 2012 and affected AIMS among others. The INA member posted a video on his youtube channel, to show the extent of the protest movement and the support provided to the nurses by a communist leader.

Are both Eldho Kurian the same person? If so, then the marketing head of AIMS filed a complaint against the marketing head of INA. What for a coincidence! If so, then is it truly on religious grounds or is it the ironic settlement of political scores?
