Poor answer from the Swiss Amma center

Following the publication of an article about Gail Tredwell's book in the Swiss newspaper Tages Anzeiger, the Swiss Amma Center added a reply on its website. Unsurprisingly, they say that it's all false. What they say to support Amma cannot be taken seriously. The quotes are based on Google's automatic translation.

Why does ETW only use 10% of the donations for charities, while 60% of the money is funneled to a foreign bank account? Amma Center's explanation is logical :
"It would be irresponsible, it would not be precautious to not invest a portion of the donations from abroad in case there is less donation one day.
These cash reserves secure the funding of ongoing projects and help offset possible shortages."
How wise from Amma. She prompts her followers to rely on God only. She advices them to totally give away their faith and money because God takes care of everything whereas she cautiously relies on bank savings. Do as I say, not as I do could be her motto.

According to some internet users estimations, she has $300 millions on a foreign bank account. She gets $18 millions each years from foreign countries, only 10% of this amount goes to charitable projects. 300/1.8=160. Thanks to her wise plans, ETW has enought savings to achieve charitable projects for 160 years! Why not spending this money to improve the world right now, instead of foreseeing that it will still need help in 100 years?

In order to counter Gail Tredwell's allegations, the Swiss center quotes a testimonial that she wrote in Matruvani magazine, when she was still living in Amritapuri :
"She writes in these articles, she recorded under her earlier Sanskrit name "Gayatri" that her jealousy have temporarily clouded her thinking to the point that she accused others, even though she knew that this was not true. (Source: "Matruvani" issues September, October and November 1993)."
Let's remember that during a retreat in the USA, the same Gail also said in her speech that she saw Amma turning into a fireball, in front of thousands of Indian witnesses. What she said when she was Amma's assistant is certainly very far from the actual facts and closer to the organization's policy. Everything that she wrote and said when she was living in the ashram is likely to have been dictated by Amma.

Gail also claims that she was in charge of delivering parts of the donations to Amma's family. Amma Center has another explanation to justify the sudden wealth of her family members :
"Almost all brothers and sisters Amma made a college education and related careers.
Amma was one of the wealthiest families in the village"
Now that's a big surprise! We have been told over and over again that Amma comes from a poor family. Today we discover that her father was wealthy. Almost all her siblings are graduated, why isn't she? Wealthy families hire maids to carry the households tasks when the mother is impeded. They can also call other relatives to the rescue and provide them with food and shelter in exchange. With such a wealthy father, why did Amma had to drop out of school when she was 7?
